System Status

AU data center has been restored to nominal performance after 92 minutes. The issue was due to a DB cluster failover. We've updated monitoring, upgraded backup DB capacity, and are investigating the root cause, which was a large spike in DB requests.

v6.11.4, v7.0.4 PATCH: We'll be updating all live sites within the next 24 hours. This brings bug fixes and stability improvements to both versions and enhancements to v7. The sites will be updated in batches during data centers’ non-business hours.
