System Status

6.11 & v7.10 UPDATE: Within the next 24 hours, we'll be rolling out an update for v6.11 sites that fixes a bug with SVG image support in branding.

All live and trial v7.10 sites will also be updated. This release makes AgentOne available across all sites. By default, it will be disabled for all admin users, but can be enabled via restrictions in admin roles. Please proceed with caution, as this functionality is currently in beta testing.

Expected downtime: ~5 minutes.

2 new tutorials have been added to the documentation.
