This phase applies to Partner-level trial sites that are more than one year old and have never been activated. Removal will begin in two weeks. To avoid losing relevant projects, please review your workspace and mark any required sites as Templates in the WebinOne Portal or download the necessary site assets in advance. Sites marked as Templates are excluded from all cleanup phases.

7 days ago v7.8 RELEASE: All v7.8 trial sites will be re-patched with fixes, and live sites will be updated according to datacenter location during non-business hours, while the Portal/Admin will experience ~10 min downtime.

Partner-level trial sites that are older than 2 years and have never been activated will be permanently deleted. To avoid losing important projects, please review your workspace and mark required sites as Templates in the WebinOne Portal. Sites marked as Templates are excluded from cleanup.
