15 days ago ❗️Important: With the release of version 7.8, the following changes will apply to FTP access: FTP will be consolidated to a single host, sftp.trialsite.co, replacing sftp-au.trialsite.co, sftp-eu.trialsite.co, and sftp-na.trialsite.co, so partners must update this host in their connection settings; partners with existing FTP access will also need to review and update their configuration by setting the target directory to /; please note that FTP access may be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window related to this update.

21 days ago ❗️Important: Phase 2 of the trial site cleanup is scheduled to begin soon. This phase applies to Partner-level trial sites that are more than two years old and have never been activated. Removal will begin in two weeks. To avoid losing relevant projects, please review your workspace and mark required sites as Templates in the WebinOne Portal or download the necessary assets in advance. Sites marked as Templates are excluded from all cleanup phases.
