US West data center is back to normal. We had to restart several servers which caused up to 10 minutes of downtime for some sites. Our team will investigate the cause of the issue starting tomorrow. We will provide a detailed report to all Partners soon.
We have discovered issues on US West data center, as a result, some of the sites may load with delay. We are working on fixing the problem.
We had intermittent issues with the AU-2 server which resulted in some sites being unavailable for part of site visitors. First, the issue occurred at 10:17 am AEST and lasted for 2 minutes, then it reoccurred at 11:30 am AEST and lasted for 2.5 hours. This has been resolved. Apologies for the late notification.
We're experiencing issues with email notifications delivery due to some of the Amazon IPs making it to the spam blacklist. Please check your Spam folders for notification. We're working on resolving this issue.
All CA sites should be online and working nominally now.
