System Status

v7.13 RELEASE: All v7.13 trial sites will be re-patched with fixes, and live sites will be updated according to datacenter location during non-business hours, while the Portal/Admin will experience ~5 min downtime. The update will be rolled out within the next 24 hours.

v6.11 PATCH: All v6.11 sites will also be updated with a new patch within the same window.

INCIDENT UPDATE (Nov 3, 2026, 11:30–12:06 UTC): For ~36 minutes, websites remained available but static assets (CSS, images, etc.) failed to load due to a newly rolled-out security policy that unintentionally restricted access to the S3 bucket serving these files. The policy was rolled back, immediately restoring full functionality. A full incident report will be shared within the next 24 hours.

v7.13 RELEASE: We will be updating all v7.12 trial sites and the WebinOne Portal within the next 24 hours. Expect a short Portal/Admin downtime (~10 minutes). Live sites will be updated the following week.

Important change for live sites: Starting with v7.13, live sites with unpaid renewal invoices will go through automatic suspension stages - Grace Period, Soft Suspend, and Hard Suspend - each with clear on-site banners and email notifications. If the hosting renewal invoice remains unpaid, the subscription will eventually be canceled, and the site downgraded to Trial before removal (following the existing trial deletion flow). Admin access remains available throughout all stages, with a banner linking to the billing information page. Paying the outstanding invoice at any stage before cancellation instantly restores the site to Active.
