Editor Layout introduces a unified mechanism for controlling the module item editor structure, enabling configuration of system and custom field visibility, logical grouping into sections, field order and width management, required field rules, removal of unused fields from the UI without deleting them, and delivering a clean, structured editor experience with mandatory migration of all existing modules to the new layout-driven rendering model.
