Description: Add new Open API (v2 Admin) endpoints for managing External API Credentials, bringing the existing admin functionality to the Open API. Provides full CRUD - list (with filtering, ordering, and pagination), get, create, update, and delete - supporting all authentication types (None, Basic, API Key, OAuth2) with the same validation as the admin. Available on the PRO plan only.
