Recent Email Service Issues
You may have experienced disruptions in your email service lately. We want to assure you that we're actively working on addressing these issues.
A quick summary of the situation:
Our choice to use OpenSRS as our email provider was primarily driven by the desire to simplify the transition from Adobe Business Catalyst for our partners. OpenSRS has been a reliable solution in the past. Recently, the OpenSRS cluster hosting Treepl mail underwent a migration to a new infrastructure and hosting. This migration has led to a range of unexpected issues, many of which are at the platform level. Unfortunately, these platform-level issues are beyond our control and prevent us from directly addressing them.
We're actively in contact with OpenSRS, working to find solutions to these problems. As a precaution, we advise against creating new mail domains until OpenSRS has fully resolved the current issues.
