The Challenge

What was the client's biggest business hurdle, and what was your team's vision for solving it?

Wiring Harnesses Australia had outgrown a bloated legacy site that created more noise than confidence.

Our goal was to strip it back to what actually drives enquiries — clear product categories, strong credibility signals, and a direct path to contact them.

The Game-Changer

Which specific feature or capability of WebinOne was the 'game-changer' for executing this project?

Custom Modules are game-changer, they gave us a clean way to build structured, repeatable content (team profiles, trusted-by logo displays) that the client can manage themselves, without ever touching code. That's the difference between a site that stays current and one that goes stale.

The Build Process

How did building on WebinOne make the development process smoother/faster compared to traditional platforms?

Building the WHA site on WebinOne gave a lot of flexibility that traditional page-builder platforms wouldn't have offered for this type of project. A few specific things that made the process smoother:

Custom Modules for dynamic content. The team profiles and trusted-by logo sections were built as Custom Modules, meaning the client can update staff credentials, photos and partner logos themselves without touching any code. On a platform like Squarespace or even their legacy Ecommerce module, it would have been more difficult to achieve a simple display.

Liquid for conditional display logic. Being able to use Liquid code (for example, only showing a credentials badge on a team card if that field is populated) kept the front-end clean without needing JavaScript workarounds. That kind of conditional rendering is surprisingly fiddly on drag-and-drop builders.

Bootstrap-based layout control. Because WebinOne allow you to build on any grid based CSS system you prefer (eg Tailwind, Bootstrap) we had full control over responsive grid behavior. That level of grid control just isn't there in other drag and drop builders.

Migrating from an Ecommerce platform. The client was moving off a legacy CMS site, and having full code access in WebinOne made it straightforward to replicate structure and implement proper redirects without fighting platform restrictions.

WHA's new site turns 25 years of wiring expertise into a lean, fast, Australian-made digital presence that's as built-to-last as the harnesses coming out of their Brisbane, Australia factory.
