New pricing release, schedule, and conditions

As part of our commitment to transparency and support during our transition to a new pricing model, we are ready to outline the upcoming changes regarding our grandfathering and transition policy:

Effective starting January 1, 2025:

• New Site Activation: All new sites will adopt our new pricing structure.
• Trial Sites: All existing trial sites will be automatically upgraded to version 7.
• Continued Support for v6.11:
  All existing live sites will remain on version 6.11, with specific considerations:
  
  • Security and Stability Updates: Both v6.11 and v7 sites will continue to receive necessary security and stability updates.
  • Beta Extensions: Certain beta extensions will be disabled on v6.11 sites, including: Website Backup (beta), Zapier Integration (beta), On-Site Editor Pro (beta), Meta Conversion API Integration (beta).
  • Domain Modifications: Restrictions will be placed on editing primary domains, adding new domains, or configuring multiple start pages.
• Exclusive Benefits for v7 Sites:
  Sites upgraded to or started on version 7 will enjoy additional benefits:
  • New Features and Improvements: Only v7 sites will receive new features and improvements.
  • Dedicated Servers: Dedicated Servers will be available exclusively for v7 sites.

Effective Starting September 1, 2025:

Sites on v6.11 will face the following limitations:
• Maximum of 25 custom properties per custom module.
• Up to 2,000 items (system and custom module items).
• Up to 10,000 CRM records.

Individual transition plans will be developed for resource-intensive sites. Due to the higher infrastructure charges these sites incur, the transition may be less accommodating but will remain in line with industry standards. We will provide support to each Reseller on a case-by-case basis, aiming to manage the transition as effectively as possible without compromising our business operations.
